Insul-Vest can provide a reasonable estimate of the energy savings you can achieve using some basic data on machines of your choice.  If you have a number of similar machines, one estimate should be typical.  If you have a broad range of machines, you may wish to submit data for three machines, such as one small one, one medium one and one large one.

The most critical field measurement needed to make an accurate estimate of energy savings in the Heater On Time for each zone.

The data should be submitted on the Energy Savings Data form available at the bottom of this page.  In order for a return on investment calculation to be made, you should also submit a Barrel Measurement Form for the machine in question.  That form can be found in the Request a Quote for Blankets section of this web site.
